Elisabeth's Story
Life
I hit the reset button at 40 and changed careers totally. Everybody tells you it's a great idea, nobody tells you how scary it will be. In the long run it's worth it, but it is not for the faint of heart!
All my kids have fur coats and walk on all fours. Given how much a college education costs these days, I'd say I made the right fertility decision. Plus, they are dang cute!

College
I took a final drunker than skunk. I once had 3 finals in one day. I got another friend HAMMERED and dropped him off in the middle of campus in his underwear. And I had the best guy friend a girl could ever hope for and roommates that were really cool. I also came to the disappointing conclusion that college was not about a passion to learn, it was about learning how to beat corporate systems. That aspect of my academic career has served me well.
